The DFS100-DA-M pneumatic actuator is powered by compressed air, utilizing the linear motion of a piston rack to drive the gear transmission of the output shaft, providing angular travel output. Available in double-acting and single-acting types, it is widely suitable for the switching and regulation of angular travel valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. It can also be applied in other rotary scenarios, making it an ideal device for automating industrial pipeline control.

1. Indicator: Complies with VID/VIE3845 NAMUR standards, facilitating the installation of accessories like limit switches and positioners.
2. Output Shaft: Designed with a forged nickel-alloy steel integrated output shaft, meeting NAMUR, ISO5211, and DIN3337 standards. Custom specifications are available per customer requirements.
3. Cylinder Body: Formed by extruding high-quality aluminum alloy, with a hard anodized surface and Teflon coating.
4. End Covers: Made of die-cast aluminum alloy, featuring surface anodic hardening and a metal polyester coating.
5. Piston: Constructed from cast aluminum with hard anodizing.
6. Adjustment Bolts: Two independent travel adjustment bolts allow easy adjustment of the valve opening and closing angle within ±5°.
7. Springs: Manufactured from premium spring steel, pre-assembled under pressure. Easy to disassemble or modify the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.
8. Piston Rings: Made of low-friction, long-life composite material, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.
9. Seals: Nitrile rubber is used under normal temperatures; special seals are available for high or low temperature conditions based on customer needs.
